Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across residential moving services
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct on-site and virtual surveys to assess customer needs and provide accurate move estimates
- Prepare and present detailed, competitive quotes tailored to customer requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through referrals, inbound inquiries, and outreach
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to execution
- Follow up on leads and proposals to close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and customer communications
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to support repeat business and referrals
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in residential moving, relocation, or related sales roles
- Strong understanding of household moving services, pricing, and customer expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
