We are seeking an experienced Residential Moving Sales Representative based in Thorofare, NJ to join a dynamic team within the moving and relocation industry. This role focuses on generating new business and managing client relationships across residential moving services. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth while guiding customers through the relocation process from initial inquiry through to successful move completion in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities across residential moving services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct on-site and virtual surveys to assess customer needs and provide accurate move estimates
  • Prepare and present detailed, competitive quotes tailored to customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through referrals, inbound inquiries, and outreach
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to execution
  • Follow up on leads and proposals to close sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and customer communications
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to support repeat business and referrals

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in residential moving, relocation, or related sales roles
  • Strong understanding of household moving services, pricing, and customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
