Our client is a data-driven financial services organisation experiencing continued global growth and is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to help shape and support the next phase of its evolution. This opportunity is office based 5 days a week in London. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure that business and HR strategies are aligned 
  • Act as subject matter expert, providing advice and coaching on HR matters
  • Partner with HR teams globally to design and implement HR policies, ensuring both regional and global needs are met 
  • Participate in global HR projects as and when required 
  • Manage performance review framework, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Support with workforce planning, employee relations and organizational design 

Key Requirements:
  • Around 5-7 years HRBP experience supporting front-office, revenue-generating functions such as Investment Banking, Markets, Trading, and Research
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law across EMEA 
  • Previous experience managing and developing a small HR team
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, with strong experience using HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making
  • Degree qualified
