Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure that business and HR strategies are aligned
- Act as subject matter expert, providing advice and coaching on HR matters
- Partner with HR teams globally to design and implement HR policies, ensuring both regional and global needs are met
- Participate in global HR projects as and when required
- Manage performance review framework, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Support with workforce planning, employee relations and organizational design
Key Requirements:
- Around 5-7 years HRBP experience supporting front-office, revenue-generating functions such as Investment Banking, Markets, Trading, and Research
- Extensive knowledge of employment law across EMEA
- Previous experience managing and developing a small HR team
- Proficient in HRIS platforms, with strong experience using HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Degree qualified
