This role requires a strong background in corporate hospitality or serviced apartments, with proven success driving sales to multinational organisations across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across the corporate sector, focusing on MNCs, global organisations, and key business hubs in Singapore.
- Build and grow relationships with HR, Mobility, Procurement, Admin, and other senior decision-makers responsible for corporate accommodation needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new revenue opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting (pure hunter role).
- Develop tailored proposals and accommodation solutions to support corporate client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting, and activity reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Current experience in corporate housing, corporate hospitality or serviced apartments is essential (e.g., corporate accommodation, serviced residences, extended-stay properties).
- Background in business development or corporate bookings with a strong commercial track record.
- Demonstrated success working with MNC clients in Singapore.
- Strong existing network across HR, Administration, Mobility, Procurement, and corporate decision-makers (preferred).
- Target-driven individual with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a hunter-style role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
