Key Responsibilities:
- Driving new business development for office and industrial (O&I) moving services
- Meeting with corporate clients to assess relocation needs and propose solutions
- Conducting on-site evaluations and preparing detailed move plans
- Creating and presenting customized sales proposals and pricing estimates
- Developing long-term relationships with facilities managers and real estate partners
- Partnering with operations to align on project timelines and logistics
- Achieving revenue and sales activity goals
- Maintaining accurate records of prospects and clients in CRM
- Representing the company at local events and networking functions
- Identifying opportunities for upselling services such as warehousing or FF&E installation
- Responding promptly to inbound leads and referrals
- Staying current on local market trends and competitive services
Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated success in selling O&I relocation or moving services
- Strong understanding of commercial move logistics
- Skilled in consultative selling and client relationship management
- Confident communicator with solid presentation abilities
