An exciting opportunity has become available for a Head of Global Mobility to join a global corporation based in their London, UK office. 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement global mobility policies to attract and retain talent globally and meet business goals
  • Act as the global mobility subject matter expert, overseeing the full lifecycle of global assignments and relocations for employees worldwide
  • Partner closely with Legal, HR & Finance to ensure compliance locally and internationally 
  • Manage the global mobility and immigration team, reviewing performance, coaching and mentoring as needed
  • Lead global mobility initiatives, leveraging technology and data to improve decision-making
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors to enhance service delivery and drive cost efficiencies
  • Define and drive the global mobility strategy, focussed on assignee experience
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve global mobility processes to meet business objectives as the company continues to grow

Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Extensive Global Mobility / International Assignment experience gained in a corporate / in house environment
  • Strong knowledge of Immigration preferred
  • Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks, with demonstrated success in managing complex international compliance challenges
  • Experience with Workday HRIS and exposure to HR analytics tools is advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills, must have led a team of global mobility / immigration professionals
  • Experience developing and implementing global mobility policies 
  • Problem solver, you will run towards issues and strive to find solutions and improving processes
  • Current or prior experience scaling a global mobility program in a fast-growing environment is preferred 
  • Creative and strategic thinker, ability to think outside of the box and influence stakeholders
  • Project management, change management and transformation skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
