Our client is looking for a proactive sales professional with a strong focus on lead generation, pipeline development, and relationship management. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and building long-term partnerships across corporate, real estate, and relocation markets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through proactive outbound sales activity, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the furniture rental market across NYC
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong and consistent sales pipeline
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, real estate agents, and property managers
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals
  • Maintain and grow client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets


Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles
  • Strong track record of winning new business and managing client relationships
  • Experience within furniture rental, corporate housing, relocation, or a related sector is essential
  • Demonstrated success in building and converting sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
