An exciting opportunity is now available for a VP of Sales Development to join a leading Furnished Apartments provider in USA.

The Sales Developer will be responsible for generating business by selling corporate housing and furnished apartments across the East Coast region.

This position can be worked from any US location, but requires proven sales experience within the corporate housing and/or furnished apartments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win client business in allocated states
  • Sell a range of furnished apartment accommodation solutions
  • Build key relationships externally and internally
  • Close business deals
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences
  • Travel to meet with clients
  • Design and execute successful sales strategies
  • Partner with marketing teams to create successful marketing material
  • Prospecting and targeting warm and cold sales leads
  • Present sales reports to leadership
  • Meet and exceed sales targets


Key Requirements:

  • Strong sales and business development experience, preferably within Corporate Housing, Furnished Apartments or Relocation
  • Ability to successfully grow and build client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to travel for client meetings as required
  • Highly strategic with the ability to identify opportunities and problem solve
  • Proven experience in exceeding sales goals
