A market-leading corporate housing provider is seeking a high-performing Business Development Sales Hunter to drive new business growth across the Washington DC region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation specialising in serviced apartments and corporate housing solutions.

Our client is looking for a tenacious and results-driven individual who thrives on winning new business and building relationships with corporate clients and relocation companies. You will play a pivotal role in expanding their footprint within the corporate housing and serviced apartments market.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities within corporate housing and serviced apartments
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, and global mobility partners
  • Drive outbound sales activity, including cold outreach, networking, and client meetings
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business deals
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting via CRM systems


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Hunter within business development or sales
  • Strong sales background, ideally within corporate housing, serviced apartments, or relocation services
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and generating revenue
  • Experience selling to corporate clients and/or relocation companies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
