Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and securing new commercial moving and relocation accounts
  • Building relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and facilities teams
  • Creating customized proposals for office & industrial relocations
  • Conducting site surveys and move consultations
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
  • Attending networking events and trade shows to expand brand presence
  • Tracking activity and pipeline progress in CRM software
  • Staying current on industry trends and local market conditions
  • Collaborating with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
  • Upselling services such as storage, warehousing, or records management

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in business development or outside sales
  • Prior background in moving, relocation, or logistics (HHG or O&I)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate and close leads independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Motivated, client-focused, and results-driven
