Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and securing new commercial moving and relocation accounts
- Building relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and facilities teams
- Creating customized proposals for office & industrial relocations
- Conducting site surveys and move consultations
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth project execution
- Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Attending networking events and trade shows to expand brand presence
- Tracking activity and pipeline progress in CRM software
- Staying current on industry trends and local market conditions
- Collaborating with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
- Upselling services such as storage, warehousing, or records management
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or outside sales
- Prior background in moving, relocation, or logistics (HHG or O&I)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to generate and close leads independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Motivated, client-focused, and results-driven
