A leading Corporate Housing provider is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to strengthen and scale its supplier network across multiple markets. This is a high-impact role focused on improving service delivery, cost control, vendor performance, and operational efficiency across a fast-moving, client-driven environment.

You will take ownership of supplier strategy across key categories such as property partners, serviced accommodation providers, furnishing suppliers, utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and last-mile service partners, ensuring a seamless end-to-end guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for corporate housing inventory and service delivery

  • Build and optimise supplier networks across multiple regions, ensuring coverage, quality, and speed

  • Own vendor management, including onboarding, compliance, service-level performance, and issue resolution

  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contract renewals

  • Develop and track KPIs and SLAs across supply partners (quality, responsiveness, cost, guest satisfaction)

  • Partner closely with Operations, Account Management, Sales, and Finance to support client needs and growth

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction across booking, fulfilment, and support

  • Support scalability by improving forecasting, supplier capacity planning, and risk mitigation

  • Drive initiatives around cost optimisation, supplier consolidation, and service standardisation

  • Ensure supplier compliance across relevant policies, quality standards, and operational requirements


Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or operations within corporate housing, hospitality, travel, real estate, or serviced accommodation

  • Strong commercial capability with a track record of negotiating supplier agreements and improving margins

  • Experience managing multi-market supplier relationships and resolving service issues quickly and effectively

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with changing priorities

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive better performance and decision-making

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners

  • Confident managing supplier performance reviews, escalations, and service recovery plans

  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM, supply platforms, contract management systems, or ERP is beneficial
