Our client, a well-established organisation within the global mobility and immigration services sector, is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to expand their Immigration Services offering across the Latin American region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of business development, immigration knowledge, and client relationship skills.
This is a strategic yet hands-on position focused on developing new client relationships and promoting immigration solutions across LATAM. The successful candidate will work closely with regional subject matter experts while driving sales activity remotely and engaging clients through virtual meetings and consultations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Immigration Services across the Latin American region.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities within corporate immigration, global mobility, and relocation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, mobility, and talent teams across multinational organisations.
- Promote immigration and visa solutions to prospective clients across LATAM markets.
- Work closely with internal immigration experts across the region to deliver accurate solutions to clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, client engagement, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
- Conduct client presentations and consultations via video calls, phone, and email communication.
- Track business development activity and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to identify growth opportunities across LATAM hubs.
- Stay up to date with immigration trends, regulations, and mobility requirements within the region.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within an Immigration, Global Mobility, or Relocation company is required.
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales within immigration or mobility services.
- Strong knowledge of corporate immigration and visa processes across Latin America.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken (Portuguese is highly advantageous).
- Ability to build client relationships remotely and confidently present solutions to international clients.
- Ideally based in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil or another LATAM hub) and able to work remotely with regional teams.
