This role focuses on managing client relationships, growing existing accounts, and coordinating office & industrial (O&I) relocation services. Ideal for a relocation industry professional with strong client management and commercial moving experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients requiring commercial relocation services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office and industrial (O&I) moving accounts
  • Conduct site visits and relocation surveys to assess project scope and client requirements
  • Prepare detailed relocation proposals and service quotations for commercial moves
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of office relocation projects
  • Identify upselling opportunities including storage, decommissioning, and move management services
  • Maintain ongoing communication with facilities managers, project teams, and procurement contacts
  • Track account activity, relocation projects, and pipeline opportunities within the CRM system
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the relocation process from planning through completion
  • Resolve service issues or logistical challenges during commercial moving projects
  • Monitor contract renewals and support long-term client retention strategies
  • Attend client meetings and industry networking events to strengthen business relationships


Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience working for a commercial moving or relocation services company
  • Proven track record managing corporate relocation or O&I moving accounts
  • Strong understanding of commercial move planning, relocation logistics, and service delivery
  • Experience preparing relocation proposals, estimates, and service agreements
  • Excellent relationship management and client communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with operations and move management teams
