Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales enquiries from corporate clients, relocation management companies, and global mobility partners
- Prepare tailored accommodation proposals based on client requirements, location, and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate travel managers, HR teams, and procurement contacts
- Support the business development team by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, and pipeline activity within the CRM system
- Coordinate closely with operations and supply teams to ensure availability and smooth booking processes
- Follow up on quotes and proposals to maximise conversion rates
- Assist with client onboarding and ensure a high level of service throughout the booking process
- Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and pricing trends
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in corporate housing, serviced apartments, relocation services, hospitality sales, or corporate travel
- Strong inside sales, account coordination, or reservations background
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident preparing proposals, quotations, and service solutions
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
