A growing corporate housing provider is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support business development and revenue growth across key corporate and relocation accounts. This role focuses on managing inbound enquiries, supporting client acquisition, and building strong relationships with relocation management companies, HR teams, and corporate travel buyers.

The position is ideal for a commercially minded professional with experience in corporate housing, relocation services, serviced apartments, hospitality sales, or global mobility, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound sales enquiries from corporate clients, relocation management companies, and global mobility partners
  • Prepare tailored accommodation proposals based on client requirements, location, and budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate travel managers, HR teams, and procurement contacts
  • Support the business development team by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, and pipeline activity within the CRM system
  • Coordinate closely with operations and supply teams to ensure availability and smooth booking processes
  • Follow up on quotes and proposals to maximise conversion rates
  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure a high level of service throughout the booking process
  • Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and pricing trends

Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience in corporate housing, serviced apartments, relocation services, hospitality sales, or corporate travel
  • Strong inside sales, account coordination, or reservations background
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident preparing proposals, quotations, and service solutions
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
