We are partnering with a leading organisation within the Corporate Housing sector to appoint a Business Developer, Corporate Housing, to drive aggressive growth across the US market.
This is a pure sales hunter role focused on winning new business. The successful individual will leverage an established network across Corporate Housing, Relocation, Global Mobility, or Destination Services to open doors, secure new partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
We are looking for a proven deal maker who thrives on identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing new accounts. If you have strong connections with corporate clients or relocation management companies (RMCs) and a track record of converting relationships into revenue, this role offers an excellent platform to grow.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of new business development within the Corporate Housing market.
- Identify, target, and win new corporate and RMC clients across the US region.
- Leverage an existing industry network to generate new opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Conduct high-impact sales meetings and presentations with senior decision makers.
- Convert prospects into long-term clients through effective negotiation and commercial strategy.
- Maintain consistent outbound activity including cold outreach, relationship building, and industry networking.
- Track sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue generation through regular reporting.
- Represent the organisation within the industry to increase brand presence and generate new leads.
- Deliver against ambitious revenue and new client acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Proven sales hunter experience within Corporate Housing, Relocation, Global Mobility, or Destination Services.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and opening new accounts.
- Strong corporate and/or RMC network that can be leveraged to generate immediate opportunities.
- Experience selling corporate accommodation solutions, including serviced apartments, executive stays, temporary housing, or furnished apartments.
- Confident engaging with corporate HR, mobility teams, and relocation management companies.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
