We are seeking a polished and service-driven Customer Service Consultant to join our team onsite at a high-profile corporate client's Memphis location. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in hospitality or luxury services, who are used to working with VIPs and delivering exceptional, personalized support in a professional setting.

In this client-facing role, you will assist employees with securing visas, passports, and other essential travel documents. You’ll draw on your hospitality experience to provide a warm, detail-oriented, and solution-focused service, ensuring that each interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional overtime)
Salary: $22.50 – $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist employees in-person, offering high-touch, concierge-style support for travel document applications
  • Manage the full lifecycle of visa and passport requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance at every step
  • Provide tailored guidance based on individual travel plans, including documentation requirements and timelines
  • Liaise with consulates, internal operations teams, and the client to coordinate application submissions and approvals
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively manage each case to avoid delays or service disruptions
  • Take and process passport photos according to official specifications
  • Remain informed on changes to international travel document requirements and consular procedures
  • Keep the designated backup consultant trained and informed for seamless service continuity
  • Maintain clear, courteous communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and the client’s employees
  • Resolve any service challenges with a calm, client-first approach
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality, luxury service, or concierge role, with direct exposure to VIP clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requests at once
  • A polished, professional demeanor and commitment to delivering a premium client experience
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and able to learn client platforms quickly
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability
