Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end visa and passport application processes for on-site employees
- Provide tailored, accurate advice based on individual travel needs and requirements
- Ensure compliance with consular regulations and internal service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa/passport requirements and consulate closings
- Review and manage trip approvals, documentation, and submission timelines
- Take passport photos as required by the client
- Keep the backup consultant trained and informed
- Maintain professional communication with both the onsite client and the operations team
- Proactively resolve issues while balancing client and business interests
- Prior office/corporate experience, with strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable learning and navigating various internal systems and client platforms
- A proactive, consultative, and detail-oriented mindset
