Commercial Business Development Manager – London

Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career with a leading commercial moving company in London?  We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial moving business that is looking for a proactive Commercial Business Development Manager. The role will focus on driving revenue, building strong partnerships, and delivering high-quality relocation solutions within the commercial sector. The company offers flexible working options. You can be office-based, work remotely, or choose a hybrid approach. Attendance at sales meetings at their head office is required at least twice a month.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and target new commercial clients in London, including offices, retail, and industrial facilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (facilities managers, procurement leads)
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with operations to tailor bespoke commercial removal solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with marketing on targeted campaigns and events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity
  • Attend relevant networking events and industry conferences
  • Provide input for service improvement based on client feedback

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales or business development experience in commercial removals, relocation, or logistics
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven with a consultative sales approach
  • Thorough understanding of the London commercial moving market
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid sales/consultative role
