We’re looking for an International Corporate Move Manager to handle worldwide relocations, ideally with previous experience managing corporate accounts, though this is not essential. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing end-to-end international removals for clients across the globe
- Acting as the primary contact throughout the move lifecycle
- Coordinating international logistics, customs processes, and partner agents
- Ensuring compliance with global shipping and customs regulations
- Tracking and resolving shipment delays and issues proactively
- Collaborating with internal teams and global networks
- Maintaining accurate move records and documentation
- Delivering top notch customer service and timely updates
- Preparing tailored cost estimates and service offerings
- Supporting account teams with operational excellence
- Conducting post move feedback calls to ensure satisfaction
- Meeting all service level and performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in international relocation or moving services
- Exposure to corporate client account handling preferred but not required
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with CRM or move management software
