Reporting into the Sr. VP of Sales, this role will identify, develop, and secure business opportunities to grow company sales and name recognition globally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and business plans to bring new customers and increase brand recognition
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales calls, networking, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings
- Develop an understanding of all company services and offerings and be able to identify opportunities with prospective clients
- Participate in tradeshows to represent and promote company
- Meet company business development and revenue growth goals
- Compile, analyze and evaluate market data, communicate strategic information such as market intelligence, key customer data, competitive analysis and pricing information with management
- Conducts prospect customer visits on a regular basis, requiring substantial travel
- Identify market trends and develop an understanding of the product and service demands of prospective customers
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership on sales opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to meet prospective customer requirements and develop new business
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the aerospace business, the customer base, and the aerospace aftermarket trends, issues, events
- Ability to identifying opportunities, cultivate relationships, develop customer loyalty and business growth in accordance with company goals and objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and project management skills critical
- Strong ability to write business proposals and correspondence
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years related experience
- Foreign language skills preferred

- 90 Day Probation OJT (Includes, Return Material Authorization (RMA), Adding Vendors, Purchase Order Creation, Approved Suppliers Electronic Document Management, Sourcing, RFQ, Research, Entering Vendor Quotes, Repair Order Change, Work Order Creation, Repair purchase order Entry, Teardown Report for Customers, Reading Manuals and Tech data, Kit BOM Building.
