Our client, a growing player in the accommodations industry, is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to drive innovative pricing strategies and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor rates, and historical data to forecast demand and occupancy.
  • Manage inventory distribution across all sales channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing with broader business goals.
  • Monitor and adjust rate structures daily based on booking patterns and pace.
  • Produce regular performance reports on ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy for executive leadership.
  • Optimise group and corporate contracts through strategic yield management.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth via upselling, promotions, and packages.
  • Ensure rate parity and accuracy across PMS, CRS, RMS, and other systems.
  • Lead weekly revenue meetings and train analysts and relevant departments on pricing strategy.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior revenue management role within the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of OTA platforms, channel managers, and distribution systems.
  • Proficiency in systems such as RMS, CRS, PMS (e.g. Opera, SynXis, Duetto, IDeaS, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Happy to work in the office full-time
