Our client, a growing player in the accommodations industry, is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to drive innovative pricing strategies and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability.
- Analyse market trends, competitor rates, and historical data to forecast demand and occupancy.
- Manage inventory distribution across all sales channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing with broader business goals.
- Monitor and adjust rate structures daily based on booking patterns and pace.
- Produce regular performance reports on ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy for executive leadership.
- Optimise group and corporate contracts through strategic yield management.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth via upselling, promotions, and packages.
- Ensure rate parity and accuracy across PMS, CRS, RMS, and other systems.
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and train analysts and relevant departments on pricing strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior revenue management role within the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms, channel managers, and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in systems such as RMS, CRS, PMS (e.g. Opera, SynXis, Duetto, IDeaS, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
