Our client, a leading provider of global mobility and international relocation solutions, is seeking a Global Mobility Consultant to join their UK-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class mobility provider and play a key role in delivering exceptional relocation support to international assignees and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international assignees throughout the entire relocation lifecycle
  • Deliver high-touch, end-to-end case management and coordination of relocation services
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand assignee requirements and relocation goals
  • Provide clear policy briefings and guidance to ensure full understanding of entitlements and processes
  • Liaise with internal client HR and global mobility teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Coordinate third-party vendors for destination services, immigration, moving, tax support, language/cultural training, and more
  • Manage and resolve any issues or challenges during the assignment, ensuring consistent service quality
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure a positive relocation experience and high client satisfaction
  • Support ongoing assignment management needs and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Required Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience in international relocation or global mobility services is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for supporting individuals and families
  • Excellent organizational and case management capabilities
  • Culturally aware and adaptable, with a global mindset
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally across all levels
  • Proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with relocation policies, processes, and supplier coordination
  • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) certification is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Multilingual skills are a plus but not required
