We are representing a leading organisation that is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to join their EMEA International Mobility team. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid or fully remote working.


As the Global Mobility Manager, you will provide operational leadership across a high-performing team of Mobility Advisors, oversee key relocation processes, and directly manage high-level/VIP international assignments. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for global mobility policies, ensuring service excellence across all aspects of assignment management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Global Mobility Advisors delivering end-to-end international assignment support.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on international mobility policies and processes.
  • Manage VIP and C-suite relocation cases with high levels of discretion and care.
  • Oversee service delivery in areas such as assignment policy, relocation coordination, visa and immigration.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex mobility cases.
  • Partner with HR, Shared Services, and external vendors to streamline and enhance global mobility operations.
  • Mentor, train and develop team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, cost estimates, and relocation tracking.
  • Monitor and improve team KPIs and service performance metrics.
  • Lead or contribute to global projects, process improvements, and change initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of global RFPs and client presentations.
  • Promote a positive client experience through continuous relationship management.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, or Relocation Services.
  • Strong knowledge of international mobility practices, policies, and operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a team.
  • Track record of managing high-profile and executive-level relocation cases.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong MS Office and global mobility systems proficiency.
  •  Excellent client service and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
