Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual and in-person surveys for international household goods and commercial moves
- Prepare accurate and competitive move estimates using industry-standard tools
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain pricing and scope of services
- Coordinate with operations to ensure move feasibility and resource planning
- Advise clients on customs requirements, packing needs, and documentation
- Collaborate with international agents and partners for smooth service delivery
- Maintain and update CRM records with client and move data
- Deliver timely quotations and follow-ups to close business efficiently
- Assist in pricing strategy and tariff application
- Manage pre-move consultations to capture all logistical requirements
- Support business development through technical sales support
- Ensure compliance with international moving standards and policies
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in international moving or relocation estimating
- Strong knowledge of HHG and commercial move processes
- Familiarity with international customs and logistics requirements
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in move survey tools
- Polish and English fluency (written and spoken)
