Key Responsibilities:
- Lead both international and domestic moving sales teams with clear KPIs and performance goals.
- Conduct regular sales pipeline reviews to improve forecasting and conversion.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach moving sales staff, enhancing performance and customer engagement.
- Implement and oversee structured sales processes and ensure CRM system adherence.
- Manage international moving sales, including corporate, VIP, and partner referrals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with moving companies, global mobility firms and relocation agents.
- Negotiate rates and pricing structures for international moving services to maximise margins.
- Oversee domestic moving and storage sales with accurate quoting and upselling.
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies across all business lines.
- Analyse sales data, lead win/loss reviews, and drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns, referral funnels, and digital strategies.
- Present commercial and team performance updates to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in international moving, freight forwarding, or global mobility.
- Proven success leading and coaching a high-performing sales team.
- Strong background in international relocation sales and account management.
- Familiarity with networks like IAM, FIDI, and regional relocation partnerships (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or related field.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
