This role will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions that improve productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen overall performance. Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data to uncover trends and support fact-based recommendations.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, improve efficiency, and lower operational costs.
- Standardize processes and create clear documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, supply chain, etc.) to align and execute process changes.
- Build and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support automation and digitization initiatives to streamline manual tasks and enhance data accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and monitor their impact on KPIs.
- Present outcomes and ROI of improvement initiatives to leadership, demonstrating measurable results in efficiency, quality, and delivery.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business impact (e.g., reduced cycle times, streamlined workflows, cost savings, KPI improvements).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI/analytics tools (SQL, Cognos preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in process analysis and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
