Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales in domestic, commercial, international, and corporate removals.
- Perform onsite and virtual removal surveys/estimates.
- Respond to customer leads and enquiries effectively.
- Create a tailored removal plan based on survey information.
- Proactively target accounts as defined by the Branch Manager.
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the operations team to set service standards and improve services.
- Build strong customer relationships, offering a full range of services.
- Provide accurate scoping and costing for removals using Moveware.
- Identify and develop new target markets through various marketing initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on international customs rules and regulations for international removals.
- Contribute to the development of the branch sales strategy and growth initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous removals sales & surveying experience is required.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- A degree is preferred but not essential.
- Strong numeric, analytical, and literacy skills.
