The experienced Sales Executives will be responsible for successfully converting inbound leads and enquiries into sales.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Converting all inbound sales leads/enquiries into bookings
• Responding to leads that have been generated from the internet, inbound telephone calls and clients
• Follow up with previous and existing customers to generate new bookings
• Growing and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Processing of leads and inputting data on property management systems
• Keeping up to date with lease paperwork

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is a must from a hospitality background
• Motivated and organised individual
• Excellent relationship and communication building skills
• A great multi-tasker
• Strong IT skills using of databases
• Driving licence is essential
