Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading Corporate Housing provider to recruit a Sales Manager to drive new business growth and develop long-term client relationships across the serviced accommodation / extended stay market.
This is a high-impact role suited to a motivated, commercial sales professional who enjoys building partnerships, converting opportunities, and delivering tailored housing solutions to corporate clients.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating revenue through strategic business development, account management, and promoting end-to-end Corporate Housing solutions for business travellers, project teams, and relocating employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business across Corporate Housing and extended stay markets
- Build a consistent sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and partnerships
- Manage and grow key accounts to increase repeat bookings and contract value
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits (virtual and in-person)
- Produce proposals and negotiate pricing, service terms, and agreements
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, reporting, and sales forecasts
- Represent the business at industry events and client functions
- Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and client requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales success within Corporate Housing, Serviced Apartments, Relocation, Hospitality, Travel, or Property
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Confident working a full 360 sales cycle (prospecting through to close)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Strong organisation and pipeline management skills (CRM experience essential)
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team
