Alchemy is excited to be working with an established fine art shipping company to recruit a Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for a detail-driven logistics professional who enjoys planning, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage the movement of artworks, ensuring all deliveries run on time and to the required standard
- Prepare and manage all logistics documentation, including shipping paperwork, invoices, and customs declarations
- Monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and liaise with transport partners and suppliers
- Support cost control by reviewing transport routes and working to improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s ERP and logistics systems
- Contribute to process improvements within the logistics and operations team
Key Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a logistics coordination or planning role
- Strong knowledge of international transport regulations and customs procedures
- Confident user of ERP systems and logistics software
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Fluency in English and French
