Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and developing new commercial accounts in the Tampa, FL market
- Building long-term relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, and decision-makers
- Preparing and delivering customized sales presentations and proposals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinating with operations teams to ensure seamless moving service delivery
- Conducting site surveys and estimating move costs and timelines
- Tracking sales activity using CRM tools and generating reports
- Attending networking events and local business functions to generate leads
- Maintaining a strong understanding of competitor offerings in the Tampa area
- Managing inbound inquiries and referrals from national accounts
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
- Promoting value-added services such as storage, installation, and project management
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial moving or office & industrial (O&I) moving sales
- In-depth knowledge of the Tampa, FL market and local business environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets
