Key Responsibilities: 
  • Prospecting and developing new commercial accounts in the Tampa, FL market
  • Building long-term relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, and decision-makers
  • Preparing and delivering customized sales presentations and proposals
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinating with operations teams to ensure seamless moving service delivery
  • Conducting site surveys and estimating move costs and timelines
  • Tracking sales activity using CRM tools and generating reports
  • Attending networking events and local business functions to generate leads
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of competitor offerings in the Tampa area
  • Managing inbound inquiries and referrals from national accounts
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Promoting value-added services such as storage, installation, and project management

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in commercial moving or office & industrial (O&I) moving sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the Tampa, FL market and local business environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets
