We are seeking a driven Client Manager to join our New York office, supporting high-value art logistics and relocation projects. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in fine art shipping, handling, or logistics who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client relationships for fine art logistics and relocation projects
- Coordinate domestic and international transport of artwork, including scheduling and routing
- Liaise with internal operations teams, warehouse staff, and external vendors
- Prepare accurate job estimates, quotes, and invoices for clients
- Oversee packing, crating, and installation logistics to ensure best practices are followed
- Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and insurance requirements
- Handle high-value inventory with attention to detail and security protocols
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Maintain detailed records within CRM and logistics systems
- Support business development by identifying upsell opportunities within accounts
- Collaborate with senior leadership on process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives
- 3–5 years of experience in art logistics, fine art shipping, or high-value relocation services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Knowledge of packing, crating, and transportation standards for artwork
- Familiarity with international shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic
