What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage end to end client relationships for fine art logistics projects
- Coordinate domestic and international transportation of artwork, including scheduling and routing
- Liaise with internal operations teams, warehouse staff, and external vendors
- Prepare detailed job estimates, client quotes, and invoices
- Oversee packing, crating, and installation logistics to ensure best practices
- Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export requirements, and insurance policies
- Handle high-value artwork with strict adherence to security protocols
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and logistics systems
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve processes and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in fine art logistics, art shipping, or high-value goods transportation
- Proven experience managing client relationships in a logistics or art handling environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast paced setting
- Excellent communication and client facing abilities
- Knowledge of packing, crating, and transportation standards for artwork
- Familiarity with international shipping documentation and customs procedures
