A well-established moving and relocation company covering the Dallas market is looking to recruit an Account Manager - Commercial Moving. This role sits at the point where client relationships and live commercial moving projects come together, keeping both moving in the same direction from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial relocation clients across a variety of industries.
- Account management for commercial relocation projects from initial booking to final delivery.
- Visit client sites to identify project needs and project scope.
- Work directly with the clients to provide quotations, proposals and service updates throughout the process.
- Keep in regular contact with client stakeholders and facility managers, ensuring everyone involved in the move is on the same page.
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in commercial moving, O&I and/or FF&E account management.
- Strong understanding of commercial move coordination and delivery.
- Ability to prepare proposals and manage client communications.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to communicate with multiple teams both online and on-site.
- Confidence working across multiple clients and live projects, understanding the unique needs of each.
