The consultancy specialises in commercial due diligence, strategic intelligence, transaction advisory, corporate investigations, and complex commercial projects across international markets. In this role you would be working with c-suite, business leaders, investors, and corporate stakeholders, to provide insights into commercial risks to assist strategic decision-making.
Duties:
- Leading the project team on complex commercial due diligence and strategic intelligence projects for corporate clients.
- Working with clients and advising them about commercial risks associated with transactions, mergers, acquisitions, investments etc.
- Carrying out investigations, research and analysis both OSINT & HUMINT
- Managing high-profile client engagements across multiple sectors and geographies
- Delivering presentation on regulatory, political, reputational, and operational risks.
- Producing high-quality written reports, briefings, and presentations for clients.
- Sourcing, and leveraging professional networks to gather market intelligence and commercial insights.
- Managing project timelines, client expectations, and deliverables.
- Work with business development team to supporting business development initiatives.
- Supporting junior colleagues and oversee work to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional global teams for global projects.
- Must have 5-8 years’ experience within corporate intelligence, consulting, advisory or similar sectors.
- Excellent research, analytical, and investigative capabilities.
- Exceptional commercial writing skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with experience presenting to c-suite
- Multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple concurrent complex projects in fast-paced environment.
