A London based strategic intelligence consultancy is recruiting for an Associate Director.
The consultancy specialises in commercial due diligence, strategic intelligence, transaction advisory, corporate investigations, and complex commercial projects across international markets. In this role you would be working with c-suite, business leaders, investors, and corporate stakeholders, to provide insights into commercial risks to assist strategic decision-making.
Duties:
Leading the project team on complex commercial due diligence and strategic intelligence projects for corporate clients.
Working with clients and advising them about commercial risks associated with transactions, mergers, acquisitions, investments etc.
Carrying out investigations, research and analysis both OSINT & HUMINT
Managing high-profile client engagements across multiple sectors and geographies
Delivering presentation on regulatory, political, reputational, and operational risks.
Producing high-quality written reports, briefings, and presentations for clients.
Sourcing, and leveraging professional networks to gather market intelligence and commercial insights.
Managing project timelines, client expectations, and deliverables.
Work with business development team to supporting business development initiatives.
Supporting junior colleagues and oversee work to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
Collaborating with cross-functional global teams for global projects.
Experience:
Must have 5-8 years’ experience within corporate intelligence, consulting, advisory or similar sectors.
Excellent research, analytical, and investigative capabilities.
Exceptional commercial writing skills
Strong verbal communication skills with experience presenting to c-suite
Multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple concurrent complex projects in fast-paced environment.
