We are seeking an experienced Commercial Moving Salesperson based in Thorofare, NJ to join a dynamic team within the moving and relocation industry. This role focuses on generating new business and managing client relationships across commercial moving services. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth while supporting corporate clients through the relocation process from initial inquiry through to successful project execution in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities across commercial moving services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct on-site and virtual surveys to assess client requirements and provide accurate move estimates
  • Prepare and present detailed, competitive proposals tailored to commercial relocation needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution
  • Follow up on proposals and negotiations to close sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client communications
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to support repeat business and long-term partnerships

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in commercial moving, relocation, or logistics sales
  • Strong understanding of office and industrial relocation services and pricing structures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
