Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across commercial moving services
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct on-site and virtual surveys to assess client requirements and provide accurate move estimates
- Prepare and present detailed, competitive proposals tailored to commercial relocation needs
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution
- Follow up on proposals and negotiations to close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client communications
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in commercial moving, relocation, or logistics sales
- Strong understanding of office and industrial relocation services and pricing structures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
