We are currently working with a well-established moving and relocation company based in Thorofare, NJ who are seeking a skilled Commercial Moving Salesperson to join their growing team. Focusing on client management and new business generation, you’ll play a key part in supporting the whole relocation process from start to finish, selling a variety of commercial moving services. 

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • New commercial moving business generation.
  • Acting as the primary contact point for clients throughout the whole sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final moving date. 
  • Conducting surveys, both on-site and virtual and providing estimates. 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for commercial relocation clients. 
  • Develop a strong pipeline through local outreach, referrals, networking and events. 
  • Work with the operations and project management teams to ensure a smooth moving process. 
  • Keep accurate records of client communications, sales activities and other documentations in the client’s CRM. 
  • Stay up to date with the industry and the competition, attending industry events for networking. 

Key Experience & Skills Required:
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial/O&I/FF&E moving and relocation sales. 
  • Great understanding of commercial moving services and suitable pricing structures. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales cycles at once. 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
