Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- New commercial moving business generation.
- Acting as the primary contact point for clients throughout the whole sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final moving date.
- Conducting surveys, both on-site and virtual and providing estimates.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for commercial relocation clients.
- Develop a strong pipeline through local outreach, referrals, networking and events.
- Work with the operations and project management teams to ensure a smooth moving process.
- Keep accurate records of client communications, sales activities and other documentations in the client’s CRM.
- Stay up to date with the industry and the competition, attending industry events for networking.
Key Experience & Skills Required:
- Demonstrable experience in commercial/O&I/FF&E moving and relocation sales.
- Great understanding of commercial moving services and suitable pricing structures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales cycles at once.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
