A leading global mobility and relocation provider is looking for an experienced Homesale Relocation Consultant to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in domestic relocation services who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing multiple relocations from start to finish.
Working closely with corporate clients and their relocating employees, you will oversee a range of domestic real estate services, ensuring every relocation is delivered smoothly, professionally, and in line with client policies. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several cases at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic relocation programmes for corporate assignees from initiation through to completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for assignees, corporate clients, real estate agents, and external service providers throughout the relocation process.
- Coordinate a range of relocation services including Buyer Value Option (BVO), Guaranteed Buyout (GBO), Home Marketing Assistance, Home Purchase Assistance, Direct Reimbursement, and other client-specific programmes.
- Build strong relationships with relocating employees, ensuring they receive a high level of support and guidance throughout their move.
- Liaise with title and settlement providers to coordinate property transactions and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Arrange and review Broker Market Analyses (BMAs), property appraisals, home inspections, and repair recommendations.
- Manage relocation expenses in accordance with individual client policies and approval processes.
- Monitor each relocation closely, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client policies, service expectations, and programme requirements.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate case records using internal relocation management systems.
- Process supplier invoices and support billing activities.
- Recommend mortgage referral services where appropriate.
- Handle policy exceptions in line with client requirements.
- Ensure all data is maintained accurately and confidentially, adhering to relevant information security and data protection standards.
- Support continuous process improvements and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

- Previous experience within domestic relocation services or corporate mobility is essential.
- Strong understanding of home sale and home purchase relocation programmes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work confidently with clients, assignees, and external partners.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management or relocation software.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to resolve issues independently.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Additional language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
