Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate household goods relocations from booking through final delivery
- Schedule packing, loading, transportation, storage, and delivery services with operational teams and third-party agents
- Act as the primary point of contact for residential moving customers throughout the move process
- Prepare shipment documentation including inventories, customs paperwork, billing files, and move schedules
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve service delays or transit issues
- Communicate with interstate agents, destination partners, and warehouse teams to ensure service continuity
- Maintain accurate move records within the company CRM or move management system
- Assist customers with valuation coverage, transit expectations, claims guidance, and service updates
- Coordinate temporary storage requirements and delivery spread arrangements where required
- Support revenue protection by reviewing service authorisations, charges, and invoicing accuracy
Experience Required
- Previous experience coordinating household goods (HHG) moves within the moving and relocation industry
- Strong understanding of residential moving operations, scheduling, and shipment documentation
- Ability to manage multiple active relocations while maintaining high customer service standards
- Experience communicating with drivers, crews, agents, and residential clients
