Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain rate data for GSA and Department of State (DOS) international relocations
- Ensure full compliance with GSA tenders and DOS shipping program requirements
- Analyse rate structures and implement accurate updates across internal systems
- Liaise with pricing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure data integrity
- Audit billing details and documentation for accuracy
- Monitor and interpret changes in government tender policies and pricing guidelines
- Generate rate summaries and reports for internal teams and government stakeholders
- Maintain records to support tender filings and pricing changes
- Assist with preparing bids and supporting documentation for contract renewals
- Respond to rate-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Support internal teams with process documentation and training on GSA/DOS rate procedures
- Ensure adherence to company and government compliance standards across all rate activities
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience with GSA or DOS government moving programs
- Strong understanding of international relocation pricing and logistics
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with rate or bid management tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy in working with large data sets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in moving or relocation services, particularly for government clients
