We are hiring a detail-oriented Residential Moving Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to support day-to-day operations within the moving and relocation industry. This role blends coordination, customer service, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for candidates with household goods (HHG) experience, this position plays a key role in ensuring smooth residential move execution and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residential customers, drivers, and agents throughout the relocation process
  • Coordinate household goods (HHG) moves from booking through final delivery
  • Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers
  • Prepare and manage all move-related documentation in line with industry standards
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems in real time
  • Schedule crews, packing services, and transportation logistics efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relocation industry regulations
  • Support billing processes including invoices, charges, and documentation accuracy
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all move records
  • Assist with operational reporting including weekly and monthly updates
  • Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide administrative and customer support as needed in a high-volume environment

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG required)
  • Background in coordination, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
