Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residential customers, drivers, and agents throughout the relocation process
- Coordinate household goods (HHG) moves from booking through final delivery
- Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers
- Prepare and manage all move-related documentation in line with industry standards
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems in real time
- Schedule crews, packing services, and transportation logistics efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relocation industry regulations
- Support billing processes including invoices, charges, and documentation accuracy
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all move records
- Assist with operational reporting including weekly and monthly updates
- Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide administrative and customer support as needed in a high-volume environment
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG required)
- Background in coordination, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
