Remote ITGBL DOS Move Coordinator

Seeking a new, exciting and remote position with a well-established moving and relocation company? We’re currently working with a business seeking to bring on a fully remote ITGBL DOS Move Coordinator to join their expanding team. Focused on both domestic and international government relocations, this position is ideal for candidates with strong government move management experience, ability to multitask and manage multiple moves at once, and coordinating with service partners to ensure a smooth relocation for the transferee. 

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Managing both national and international household goods moves for Department of State and other similar government accounts from end-to-end. 
  • Working with origin and destination agents and service providers in accordance with policies and compliance. 
  • Scheduling the surveys, transport, customs and final delivery, in addition to other moving milestones. 
  • Updating the client and transferee on shipping statuses and any delays or disruptions. 
  • Record and document management, ensuring they meet government contract standards. 
  • Ensuring that all invoicing, billings and cost controls are reviewed and checked against the approved tariffs and rates. 
  • Ensure that quality standards, KPI and SLA expectations are being met. 

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in government/DOS moving and relocation coordination.
  • Experience with both national and international moving coordination. 
  • Strong knowledge of shipping processes, customs and international documentation. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and proficiency with relocation software and CRMs.
