Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Managing both national and international household goods moves for Department of State and other similar government accounts from end-to-end.
- Working with origin and destination agents and service providers in accordance with policies and compliance.
- Scheduling the surveys, transport, customs and final delivery, in addition to other moving milestones.
- Updating the client and transferee on shipping statuses and any delays or disruptions.
- Record and document management, ensuring they meet government contract standards.
- Ensuring that all invoicing, billings and cost controls are reviewed and checked against the approved tariffs and rates.
- Ensure that quality standards, KPI and SLA expectations are being met.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in government/DOS moving and relocation coordination.
- Experience with both national and international moving coordination.
- Strong knowledge of shipping processes, customs and international documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and proficiency with relocation software and CRMs.
