The ideal candidate for this role has:
- Previous experience carrying out moving surveys, virtual and on-site within the moving and relocation industry.
- A strong understanding of both residential and commercial moving processes and requirements.
- Good client-facing communication skills, as well as an eye for detail.
- Great schedule management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience using digital survey tools and industry CRMs.
Your main duties would include:
- Conducting residential and commercial virtual and in-home surveys.
- Assessing and recording detailed information for the operations and sales teams, such as access conditions, volume, packing requirements and any special requirements.
- Speaking with clients to understand move requirements and clarify expectations.
- Supporting the development of tailored move plans based on customer requirements.
