We're currently working with a successful Moving and Removals company based in Edinburgh who are looking to take on a new Removals Branch Manager.
If you can:
- Oversee multiple departments and ensure that KPIs are being tracked and standards are being met.
- Seek out new business development opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure full health and safety policy and procedure compliance across departments.
- Take responsibility for all staff hiring, interviewing and training.
- Visit network events and meet with clients.
- Oversee all financials and credit control.
- Collaborate and meet with other Branch Managers to discuss the nationwide market and strategies.
And you have:
- Strong management experience in the moving and removals sector.
- Great knowledge of both residential and commercial moving processes and services.
- Experience managing P&L and budgeting.
- Effective communication and leadership techniques and experience.
