We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Director to lead large-scale strategic transformation initiatives across a complex real estate portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving organisational change, operational excellence, technology adoption, and business process improvement to support long-term growth and performance objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, operational teams, investors, and external stakeholders to develop and implement transformation strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, customer experience, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide transformation strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and innovation.
  • Lead business transformation programmes across property management, asset management, facilities management, development, and corporate functions.
  • Manage communication plans and executive reporting throughout transformation programmes.
  • Review and optimise business processes, workflows, and operational structures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery, cost efficiency, and scalability.
  • Lead operational reviews and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital transformation projects and technology platforms.
  • Partner with technology teams to enhance data management, reporting, automation, and analytics capabilities.
  • Drive the adoption of PropTech solutions and innovative technologies.
  • Direct multiple transformation projects simultaneously across various business units.
  • Manage programme budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure effective programme oversight.
  • Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, investors, partners, and external consultants.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on transformation and change initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Significant leadership experience within real estate, property, facilities management, development, investment, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale business transformation and change programmes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, process improvement, and organisational design.
  • Experience implementing technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence executive leadership and drive organisational change.
