Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide transformation strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and innovation.
- Lead business transformation programmes across property management, asset management, facilities management, development, and corporate functions.
- Manage communication plans and executive reporting throughout transformation programmes.
- Review and optimise business processes, workflows, and operational structures.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead operational reviews and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of digital transformation projects and technology platforms.
- Partner with technology teams to enhance data management, reporting, automation, and analytics capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of PropTech solutions and innovative technologies.
- Direct multiple transformation projects simultaneously across various business units.
- Manage programme budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure effective programme oversight.
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, investors, partners, and external consultants.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on transformation and change initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Significant leadership experience within real estate, property, facilities management, development, investment, or related sectors.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale business transformation and change programmes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams within complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, process improvement, and organisational design.
- Experience implementing technology and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
