Reporting directly to the C-Suite leadership team, this executive will be responsible for maximising asset value, driving commercial performance, overseeing strategic sourcing and procurement activities, delivering cost efficiencies, and supporting long-term business growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping both the commercial and operational success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organisation's commercial strategy across the real estate portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth through leasing, asset optimisation, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish long-term commercial objectives and growth plans.
- Analyse market trends, economic conditions, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Support acquisitions, developments, and portfolio expansion through commercial due diligence and strategic planning.
- Lead all strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance, and procurement governance activities.
- Establish procurement policies, controls, and best practices to ensure compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives across construction, facilities management, property operations, professional services, technology, and capital projects.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier and vendor relationships to enhance service quality and commercial outcomes.
- Lead major contract negotiations and procurement programmes for high-value projects and developments.
- Develop pricing and leasing strategies that maximise asset performance and profitability.
- Monitor leasing pipelines, occupancy levels, and portfolio performance metrics.
- Develop relationships with investors, developers, occupiers, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for joint ventures, strategic alliances, and commercial agreements.
- Oversee commercial and procurement budgets, forecasts, and expenditure management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or a related field.
- Significant executive leadership experience within real estate, property development, construction, infrastructure, asset management, or investment environments.
- Proven success leading both commercial and procurement functions within a complex organisation.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management, and procurement transformation.
- Extensive experience managing large budgets, commercial negotiations, and executive stakeholder relationships.
