Global Immigration Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced global immigration professional to join our client, a forward-thinking global mobility and employment services organisation as their Global Immigration Manager.

The Global Immigration Services Manager will take the lead in developing and improving client experience by ensuring best practice and by creating streamlined immigration and client service processes for outstanding service delivery.

The Global Immigration Services Manager will require previous experience with managing a portfolio of corporate clients whilst delivering and coordinating end-to-end immigration solutions across multiple countries.

Responsibilities of the Global Immigration Manager include:

  • Act as the subject matter expert on immigration process and procedure 
  • Successful growth and design of new programs and capabilities with client experience at the forefront of all activity
  • Foster and develop client relationships, ensure excellent understanding of business needs and requirements 
  • Create and implement process and structure for managing a portfolio of complex immigration projects
  • Coach, manage and mentor the wider Immigration team, delivering expert immigration advice and guidance to global clients and their employees
  • Identify and understand global industry trends and create targeted program-specific goals and initiatives
  • Create proposals and tenders alongside the sales and business development division to secure new opportunities
  • Conduct independent research and ensure interpretation of processes and policies as required 
  • Engage and partner with global networks to deliver innovative and efficient processes for high-quality international immigration solutions
  • Develop performance and assessment reporting tools to review and assess deliver and advise quality 
  • Create and implement regular reviews of processes to ensure ongoing improvement and adherence to compliance 

 Skills and experience: 

  • 5 years + experience in Immigration services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, HR, or Business (or similar)
  • Excellent client services and customer engagement experience
  • Time-keeping skills and organisation
  • Excellent research skills and natural ability to identify an area for improvement
  • Prior experience managing high-volume immigration programs
  • Ability to ensure client satisfaction whilst improving operational efficiency 
  • Great history of building professional networks and key stakeholder relationships 
  • Accountability and sound personal judgment
  • Natural team player with previous people management experience, leading and managing a team
