You will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans as the Head of Sales of a transportation company.
This position requires flexibility and is best suited to a skilled sales professional with B2C or B2B sales management experience.
- Coach, mentor, lead, and manage the B2C sales team Collaborate closely with senior management on the development and implementation of best practises and sales strategies
- Increasing revenue through increased sales
- Create a sales pipeline and sales plans to adapt to constant changes in the marketplace.
- Set and achieve lofty objectives.
- Manage and supervise a large team of Consumer Team Leaders.
- Hold regular sales team calls and meetings to develop strategies.
- Develop smart and profitable pricing strategies in collaboration with Operations, Finance, and the Leadership team to maximise revenue potential.
- Review and monitor market needs on a regular basis.
- Track targets and activity using the company's CRM.
- Experience working for Fortune 500 companies would be advantageous.
- Successful track record in full-cycle B2C sales, including experience with sales automation, telesales of services, and leveraging technology as part of the sales process.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and financial skills, including the ability to work with budgets and profit and loss statements
- Excellent commercial, operational, and business knowledge
- Be an aspirational, self-motivated sales leader with a track record of leading a high-performing sales team.
