What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily dispatch of moving trucks and crews for residential and commercial moves.
- Oversee logistics scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitor on-site performance and address operational issues as they arise.
- Communicate with customers pre- and post-move to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the Operations Manager in workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Track and manage fleet maintenance schedules.
- Maintain compliance with DOT and safety regulations.
- Supervise crew assignments and manage time tracking systems.
- Train new crew members on company procedures and customer service standards.
- Handle escalations and service recovery when necessary.
- Analyze daily operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure accurate move execution.
