Job Description

Alchemy are working with a prestigious Fine Art Shipping company based in London, who are looking to bring on a Private Clients and Storage Administrator.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising and building rapport with new and existing clients.
  • Be the main port of call for emails, answering the phone and face to face communications with clients.
  • Working well in a team environment.
  • Liaise with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth running of the warehouse.
  • Work alongside the head of department to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Make sure company procedures as well as health and safety precautions are always followed.
  • Complete all administrative duties.
  • Participate in educational and professional courses when necessary.
  • Always promote a high standard and professional attitude to the workplace.
  • Work alongside other departments taking a hands on approach.
  • All other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of shipping procedures.
  • Key interest of the art industry.
  • Strong ability for managing volume of administration tasks.
  • Extensive customer service expertise and a genuine desire to keep clients satisfied.
