Relocation Services Manager

Job Description

Our client, a leading global mobility service provider, is looking for a Relocation Services Manager to join and lead their international relocation services team in Perth, WA.
 
The Relocation Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing the international relocation and global mobility teams, ensuring quality service delivery at all times.
Previous staff management experience is required.

Key areas of focus include but are not limited to:
  • Overall operation and performance management of the relocation and global mobility departments 
  • Managing team performance and providing coaching, training and mentoring support to the team
  • Day to day supervision and management of the Global Mobility and Relocation Consultants
  • Delegating workload and identifying areas for process improvements
Additional duties of the Relocation Services Manager include:
  • Acting as subject matter expert regarding global relocation and international assignment services 
  • Proactively lead the global mobility and relocation services department including workload allocation; mentoring; training and development
  • Maintaining Client satisfaction and serving as the point of escalation for issues or queries
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for assignee transfer issues that cannot be resolved by the Global Mobility and Relocation Consultants
  • Support the Global Mobility Client Service Director to achieve client goals and participate in client reviews as required
  • Assist and represents the business during new client proposal meetings, RFP’s and Best & Finals as required
  • Always look to drive operational excellence through quality service delivery
  • Build and develop successful client partnerships, ensuring high levels of client services at all times
  • Partner with and support the executive leadership team regarding operational matters 
  • Reviewing the team’s performance metrics, feedback and quality of work 
  • Developing and improving client service procedures and practices
  • Ensures data integrity across all business systems
  • Serving as a brand ambassador at all times
Skills and experience: 
  • 3-5 years + industry experience in international relocation and/or global mobility
  • Staff management experience, leading, developing and mentoring 
  • Service delivery experience, ensuring client satisfaction 
  • Ability to work successfully in a global role focused on operations and service delivery 
  • Motivated approach to business with the ability to remain resilient and positive under pressure 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organisation 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills 
  • Strong accountability for customer and client experience 
  • Excellent ability to lead a team, recruit, manage, and develop staff
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Financial/Accounting knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • GMS certification is an advantage
