We are supporting a leading corporate housing provider in their search for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone experienced in corporate housing, serviced apartments, relocation, hospitality, or extended-stay accommodation who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

The Role
As Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and consistent account growth. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing enquiries, coordinating accommodation solutions, and maintaining strong relationships across key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients, relocation partners, and travel management companies.
  • Oversee day-to-day account activity, including accommodation requests, bookings, extensions, and issue resolution.
  • Provide tailored housing solutions that meet client needs, budgets, and policy requirements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement service improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and CRM updates.
  • Support renewals, rate negotiations, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and guest services teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting RFPs or tender opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in corporate housing, serviced accommodation, relocation, or hospitality account management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence managing multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
  • Competent using CRM systems and MS Office.
