We are seeking a Client Account Manager to join a fast-developing Corporate Housing provider in the USA.

This is a fully remote role, with a complete home office set-up provided. Working hours may vary to support client requirements.

Purpose of the Role
As part of the Client Account Management team, you will play a key role within the sales function. You will work closely with both new and existing clients, building strong relationships, increasing sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to enquiries from new and existing clients via phone and email regarding corporate housing requirements
  • Proactively follow up on all sales leads with the aim of converting enquiries into confirmed business
  • Gather all required documentation for corporate housing reservations and prepare client contracts as needed
  • Manage the full sales and lead process, including pricing, budgeting and quotation management
  • Build and develop relationships with new clients, converting these into long-term partnerships
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell additional services
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales performance and closing ratios
  • Create and maintain an annual development plan using KPIs to support performance reviews and future compensation discussions
  • Liaise closely with internal operations and accounting teams to ensure smooth handover of booking details
  • Produce and present weekly lead and sales tracking reports
  • Consistently maximise the number and quality of quotes issued to prospective clients
  • Maintain strong, positive client relationships to increase customer lifetime value
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Actively seek feedback and continuously improve performance
